About Me

I grew up in Underwood and am glad to be back in the area. My undergraduate degree was in athletic training from Gustavus and I have a master's in exercise science from the University of New Mexico. I've spent time working with various populations (elementary through elderly) as both an athletic trainer and as a massage therapist. I received my massage therapist certification from Saint Paul College in 2014 and have worked in both private practice and with a chiropractor.
